  • 1 . Do I have to sign up for a new account to order?
  • Yes. A account set up is required. It will allow you to save your information (personal, credit card, shipping) so that you dont need to enter them again whenever you shop.
  • 2 . What do I do if I forget my user name and password?
  • You may contact your vet hospital.  They will be able to send you your user name and password via email
  • 3 . What do I do if I forget my password?
  • You may click on “Forgot Password” link on the customer login page or contact your vet hospital.  
  • 4 . How do I reset my password?
  • Go to Account. Click on “Profile”. Type in your new password and save 
  • 5 . How do I order the same product for two or more pets?
  • You must add the item to the cart separately.  For instance, if you have two pets and you are purchasing two of the same item, add one item to the cart and then go back search for the product again and add that to the cart.  When you click on “items in your cart” you will be able to assign two different pets to the two same products
  • 6 . When will I be charged for my order?
  • Your credit card will be billed when your shipment leaves our facility
  • 7 . How can I track my order?
  • We ship through USPS; you will receive an email with tracking information after your order has shipped
  • 8 . How long will it take for me to receive my order?
  • Over the counter products, which don’t need an approval, can arrive to you within 3-5 days.  Prescription (Rx) products require an approval from your veterinarian; after they have been approved the Rx the shipment will take 3-5 days.
