Refund Requests

Prescription Items
Prescription-related products may be subject to pharmacy and safety restrictions. Some prescription medication orders may not be eligible for return or refund once dispensed or shipped. Contact support before returning or changing medication orders.

If you need to update, cancel, or correct an order, contact OurPetsRx as soon as possible. Once an order has been approved, processed, packaged, or shipped, changes may be limited.
