Your confirmation email is sent automatically when your order is placed. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from noreply@ourpetsrx.com. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@exclusivet.com.
Prescription medications require authorization from your veterinarian before we can process them. Your vet typically approves orders within 1–2 business days. If you're in a hurry, you can contact your clinic directly to expedite the approval.
Most orders ship within 24 hours of vet approval and arrive within 3–7 business days via standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are sent to the pharmacist for processing. Once the pharmacist begins preparing your medication, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at 877-928-3879 or support@exclusivet.com.
First, check around your property and with neighbors. Sometimes packages are left in unexpected locations. If you still can't find it after 24 hours, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your pet gets their medication.
